A couple of videos from TED (bought about from a conversation up at Olly's last week where I promised to post some links), and Merlin Mann's talk on keeping a clear inbox (it's email GTD for the masses baby) - probably this one is more for Matt than anyone else.

I got a lot out of the Barry Schwartz one in particular. Have struggled with many of the concepts he talks about and so many people are simply blaming my parents for my faults! I'm not saying they are faultless, but I knew there was more to it.
