Hi,

Just thought I'd let you all know that I will be going into hospital tomorrow evening to be induced as this little minx of a girl won't come out on her own (I'm pregnant just in case some of you were confused).

Therefore, bearing in mind I will be 12 days overdue and I've put on a total of nearly 4 stone since the start of my pregnancy, I challenge you to guess the weight of our dear little daughter.

There's no prize, just bragging rights. Just as a marker, the average birth weight in the UK is apparently 7lb 5oz.........


I'm going to say 9lb 5oz. ohmy.gif But I have to be pessimistic........

Well, both of our girls came out late. I'd reckon about 8lb 10oz.

I guess spread bets are off! (pun intended, sorry)

is it true some women pee themselves when they give birth? lol as if the hours of pain etc aren't enough they get to "go" in front of a whole room ! lol

7lb 11oz - and your contractions will start in a convience store.

If you want to get it out quicker hun, have plenty of sex - some chemical in semen induces labor (if not immediately then another 9 months later :))

Good luck with being a mum, I'm mum and dad to my 2 year old now :D

My mate was a few days late with my godson and he was 9lb 6oz, I hope for your sake that your littl'un is significantly less!
