Alex, in the same series as those 2 flicks you mentioned there's another called 'The New one-Armed Swordsman'. Very cool film. Especially like the bit where one of the good guys takes on the baddies and ends up being chopped in half just above the waist. Triffick!

Jet Li's 'Fist of Legend'. Great action with an emotional and tangible plot.
Mark Dacasos' 'Drive'. Good humour, Plenty of quality firearms, one bullet-ridden Dodge Challenger and Brittany Murphy. 'nuff said. -------------------- |

Your knowledge of Martial arts movies is impressive young masters. Saw 'Chinese Boxer' and 'Boxer from Shantung' recently. Not bad but didnt make me jump around the room fighting imaginary, badly dubbed foes (the true sign of a classy fightfest!

Go Go Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon - Im a massive fan of Chow Yun Fat and I thought Chang Chen was marvelous too. Must agree on the whole Jet Li homage thing, all the way through his ass wupping career. Must pay tribute to Russ though for letting me borrow "Invincible Armour" a few years back - the egg cracking analogy will live with me for the rest of my life!!! What can I say?? - It's all good!!

Tops to Russell for bringing over the totally bizarrare 'Miracle Fighters'. Kung Fu pottery, paper swords and near-constant beard-stroking that challenges Mr Stocks position of Beard of the Year. Next year's awards won't be a walk in the park you peroxide porn thief!
