MarkerMart - Online Paintball Auctions, System Updates Options

We are pleased to announce that we have today completed the update of the MarkerMart auction systems.

As well as many bug fixes there are several new features added to the system.

Below is a complete breakdown of the updates.

Fix step 7 refresh issue where double auctions can be listed
Going back when listing item issue resolved
When deleting/removing an auction user is now asked to confirm
Add link to auction details page when accepting/placing swap offer
Edit personal details issue fixed
Remove bid/buy out option on auctiondetails.php when seller is logged in
Fix bid retraction bug
Fix suspended auctions ñ category counter bug
Add imminent suspension notice if the user will go over credit in account mode.
Relist ñ category counter issue

Fix the flaw to create a store for free

Fix custom start time issue where if you go back the setting is lost

Admin can now select which users are on Live payment mode or account mode ideal for trusted sellers who the admin wants to give credit too.
E-Mail to seller when bid is placed
Listing confirmation page to include full item details
If placing a proxy bid on a reserve price item the bid will not meet the reserve (like eBay).
Add messaging system as optional to ask a seller a question (admin toggle).
When selling seller can view and choose previously used categories
Add voucher feature
Add new search options
Admin can display customer announcements in user members area
Users can now enter their PayPal E-Mail which is prefilled when listing.
When listing seller can choose which fields to save for future use, i.e. selling and payment options.
If direct payment is selected buyer can now pay straight out after buy out.
End of auction checkout
Admin option to register new users in the admin area

Thanks for your reply.

You are absolutely correct in what you say, the MarkerMart team are concious of the amount of items that are available for auction.

MarkerMart is run by a group of paintballers in effectively their spare time, as a result of the eBay Firearms policy change we saw a viod in the marker and thought we could offer a service to the paintball community.

Being honest we don't have the thousands of pounds needed to aggresively market MarkerMart hence we rely upon the paintball community to spread the word.

The general response has been excellent with almost 200 completed sales.

Any ideas you have will be welcome.
