I have a predicament.

I've managed to get my Xbox to display on my PC monitor (after about an hour of messing around with drivers, dont worry frase nothing is "facked"), but the damn picture's all fuzzy on full screen.

It looks ok on smaller screen sizes, but i've gone from an apprx 24in TV to a 17in monitor so i was hoping to play full screen all the time. The main reason for doing this was not to have a 50ft cable trailing round the skirting boards when i get Xbox Live (which i'm getting for my birthday Meaty Man, so i can kick your arse at the Best Game Everô - Whacked ;) )

I'm using the ATI-TV Wonder VE PCI card if you were wondering.

The reason for the fuzziness is the Composite output of the Xbox is being connected to my PC. This is a relatively poor output. So i thought about investing in an S-Video output* for my Xbox and buying an 'S-Video to Composite adaptor'* to connect the new output to the PC card (as i dont have an S-Video input on the PC card)

*both gold plated

S-Video is better quality than composite. But will the 'S-video to Composite adaptor' cancel out the increase in quality (i.e. convert S-Video into Composite), or will i see less fuzziness?

I really need 80-100% sure answers here, cos i dont really want to be forking out for stuff that wont make a difference :/
