If at any point there is no more sausage meat on the planet in say a 1000 years time will vegetarian sausages bear any resembalance to the taste of the meat ones... As it stands at the moment vegetarian sausages do not bear any resemblance in taste to there meaty counterparts, so why are they allowed to even be called sausages?

Same can be said for vegetarian mince.  At what point did it get minced? If anything it may have got blended but at no point did one solid lump of an organic compound get put through a mincer.

Its not right.

If vegetarians want to have these immitation foodstuffs that aren't what they say they are, then why cant they get there own names for there foodstuffs... quorn burgers?... burgers my arse, quorn patties would be a more suitable name.
