i was just casually browsing ur site, as i herd u had my stats up. and what do i find but a little wc info. the intro to wc was kwite interesting, well done to russ. i have studied wt, wing tsun, a progression of wc for about a yr now, i am very sorry to inform u that it is better. if u would like to know why, post back and i would be willing to tell you.
i am not trying to be offensive but i tihnk it is safer for u if u have a system that works.

I have been studying pot noodle for the last few years but not having mastered them all yet I could not possible say which is the best. I have heard that there is an off shoot of pot noodle called pot rice, I will research this form and report on it at a later date.   I have also recently started learning wtf!
