Air system help, please, yes, again

Group: Full Members Posts: 35 Joined: 7-July 04 Member No.: 203	So, I've bought a new preset reg to screw into my 1.1 4500psi bottle. I've screwed it in all the way. When I go to fill it, the seal pops out , the bottle whips around and tries to decaptitate all the unamused onlookers and the guy from H-Pac looks at me with pity.... I tried thread locking in but the same thing happens. what am I doing wrong? I want to be able to remove the reg to fly to the States with it.

Group: Full Members Posts: 35 Joined: 7-July 04 Member No.: 203	I did it by hand and used blue Loctite. This worked fine on my prevoius system. The o-ring is definitely knackered. Where can I get a replacement?? I can't actcaully get it apart at the mo...
