Just picked this up, cost £35 (Damn should have bought it in Toronto when it was $50 cdn-£25 approx)

Still, it looks and plays a lot like battlefield, but with starwars characters! it dosn't look as refined as BF vietnam, but it has starwars characters. It's pretty fun to play, and i have to admit that i love the fact that you get to play starwars characters

I went strait into quick battle, and picked Hoth. I piloted an atat walker, i gunned down a rebel solder, and stole his tauntaun, i used a rocket pack to jump across the snow, and i ambushed some rebel scum in the trenches and hijacked one of those turret thingys.

I also played mosesiley, where i gunned down helpless jawas in the steets... o-teeni! I am looking forward to playing endor and bagging me some ewocks.

one major issue though, the 1.2 patch dosn't install, apparently it dosn't install for a lot of people and lucas arts have made a major fux up. hopefully they will fix this soon, and i can get on with hammering the rebel scum

Added:i downloaded a second patch from fileshack, and it worked fine, and i'm playing online, which is great! A lot of servers hadn't been updated yet, so it was hard to find a server with a fair number of players to play on, but once i got it sorted it was good fun. the rocket pack troopers btw are very fun to play.
