Just seen the programs on Discovery and omfg you have to see them. It was just such a good docu and covered every aspect of martial arts and i dont mean just the types of art but the phylosphy behind them and the the art of perfecting your technique through modern ways and traditional ways, even the reason behind the design of the various weapons. They had modern sensors to measure the power of some kicks etc and the guys they had were impacting at over a ton at the foot one guy did about a ton and a half and broke the sensor from a standing kick! When they show it again it is a must to see even if you are not really interested in th arts. The graphics are done by the team that did the matrix and are amazing, showing what the muscles are doing in moves. This has to be the best docu i have ever seen on the arts ever. This gets a max rating on the omfg scale!
oh and one of the judges in the comp that was shown looks like Hitler! Rather amusing. sorry for spelling but had a few while watching the prog. So the moral is watch it you muddy funsters.
