Matt and myself will be there with a slothball tradestand

If any of you guys need any bits just let us know and we'll bring it down there for you.

See you there!

Neil thawed Heppy out for the last Reading leg of the NSPL. He was great. Just like riding a bike, you never forget, it was like he'd never been away!!!

Looking foward to seeing him play again at heaven's gate

Well, what a weekend!!

We had the best, and the very worst of weather for what turned out to be an excellent event. Yep, you guessed it, 10 mins after James turned up we went from bright sunshine to massive electrical storm! Our weather mascot had done it again, only this time the rain was so bad that i actuall ran around the site looking for Quaker, thinking he must have been there too...

Maidenhead Trauma shocked everyone, and ourselves i think, by ending up qualifying second after the prelims for div 2, then knocking our opposition clean off the field in the semis. Unfortunately our luck ran out for the final and we lost to Reign of Fire, but still a very respectable second place for a bunch of old guys and some new blood....

Sloth had a fantastic trade stand that frankly put all the others to shame, in fact they were the only vendors that continued in full after the rain, knocking out all sorts of special offers for players and teams on thier casual and playing gear, as well as both Matt and Jamie working hard to keep all types of guns running on the day!! Congratulations to both of you, quite an acheivment considering some of the problems you had to deal with over the weekend...

All in all, a great event. I've stuck Heppy back in the deep freeze until the next one.... sneaky2.gif
